EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

We currently have openings for two staff appraisers.  Our coverage areas are:  Bland, Buchanan, Dickenson, Grayson, Russell, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Wise, Wythe, and the cities of Bristol and Norton, VA.

Minimum requirements are:  Familiarity with courthouse research; familiarity with counties chosen as work area;  computer literate with some experience preferably with Win Total;  computer, scanner, digital camera and internet access;  some background classes in Real Estate, Basic Appraisal courses, or appraiser trainee experience

What to expect:  Appraisal turnaround times are within 48 hours after inspection. Depending upon employment options, we offer payment based upon appraisals completed within the previous month or a fixed monthly amount based upon experience, level of training, and desire for company benefits.
